Last month I wrote a post about return-to-work options for women on a career break in India. Some of you wrote back saying you were not yet ready to go back to work full time but were looking for more flexible work-from-home options to ease back into your career while still having enough time for home and kids. I completely understand that, I too worked part time for 2 years before taking the plunge with a full time job.

Internshala lists internship opportunities (full time / part time / work from home) for women to be able to  make a gradual switch to professional life.
