A to Z of Toddler Activities,Toys, Books, Activities

I know you think finger painting and think mess and it honestly is messy, but it is also a lot of fun and a great kinaesthetic or sensory learning experience for the child as well. It also fosters imagination, creativity and teaches about colours and how mixing colours creates new ones
There are different techniques you can try out with finger painting. I either make N dip his finger in the paint and then dab dots and draw squiggles on the paper, or put blobs of paint on the paper and just let him go wild!

F was a difficult letter for me because there were so many activities to choose from – fishing, flowers, feed the animals, felt quiet activities, farm activities. Eventually I chose the one that N has been enjoying a lot lately. Would you like to know more about the other activities as well? Drop me a message in the comments below.
If you are a parent of a toddler, you know that one of the most frequent questions we have almost on a daily basis is how to keep our toddlers engaged, or what sort of learning games activities can be planned for our kids.
This post is part of a series I am doing on A to Z of toddler activities in 100 words each. Most of these require little to no pre-planning, but wherever any resources are required, I’ll guide you on where you can find those as well.
You can find the complete list of activities here.
